1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a Jay Deal account, submitting the signup form, or otherwise using jaydeal.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Membership
Membership is free and available to individuals 18 years or older. You agree to provide accurate contact information and to keep it current. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
3. Deals and Offers
Jay Deal curates discounts and promotions offered by independent partner merchants. Jay Deal is not the seller of any product or service and does not process purchases. All offers are subject to availability, expiration dates, merchant terms, and change or withdrawal without notice. Prices shown are illustrative examples of typical member savings.
4. Merchant Relationships
Any transaction you complete with a partner merchant is solely between you and that merchant. Refunds, fulfillment, warranties and customer service for a redeemed offer are the merchant's responsibility.
5. SMS Messaging Program Terms
Program description. If you opt in, Jay Deal may send recurring automated service updates, account notifications, and (with separate consent) marketing and promotional text messages to the mobile number you provide.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Agreeing to receive text messages is not required to purchase any products or services or to use the Service.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the offers available to you.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider.
Opting out. You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message and then no further texts from that program.
Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at info@jaydeal.com.
Carriers. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.
Your mobile number and messaging opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by scraping content, reselling offers, submitting false information, or attempting to interfere with the Service's operation or security.
7. Intellectual Property
The Jay Deal name, logo, site design and content are owned by Jay Deal and may not be used without written permission. Merchant names and marks belong to their respective owners.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jay Deal is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from any offer redeemed with a merchant.
9. Termination
We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting info@jaydeal.com.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
